Terms of Service - Commissions

Section 1 – General
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission/request.
• I reserve the right to cancel as do you (more on that later).
• Commissions/Requests are likely to be posted publicly unless specified.
• Commissions/Requests are first come, first serve style.
• If there is a deadline, rush fee is required (depends on scale of art pieces).
• If this is for commercial use, an additional fee will be discussed.
• Payment due in full after sketch is approved or I won't work on it.
• Payment is through kofi.Section 2 – Image Rights
• Don't alter, copy, trace or remove the watermark on my artwork.
• You can not use my art for ai.
• You may not claim the commission as your own work.
• If you upload my art on the internet, please credit me and use the watermarked version.
• I retain the rights to my artwork.Section 3 – Delivery & Turnaround
• All art will be done digitally so no shipping is required.
• Canvas size is usually 1000px by 1000px at 300dpi but that's not mandatory.
• All commissions/requests will be sent through kofi messages or email
Commision/requests will be in png format, two versions given, one with watermark and one without.
• Estimated time will be discussed privately based off style and queue.Section 4 – Cancellation
• If I cancel, you can either get a full refund without the artwork, or partial with the artwork (based on stage of art).
• If you cancel, you will receive partial refund with progress art.
• There is exception if you to not treat me respectfully. You will recieve partial refund without art.
• Partial refund system is based off prices of each stage.
• Refunds will be given within 3 days after it's discussed.
• You will not be refunded if you are unsatisfied with commission after it is completed and given to you.Section 5 – Process and Revision
• Sketch phase, all major revisions occur here!! I'll send you a rough sketch that is watermarked. Once approved, payment needs to be made!
• Lineart, Flat colour, and full shading have 2 revisions allowed each!!
• Once all revisions are made and art is finished, you'll be given the art files via email or kofi messages!

• Adopts are bought in kofi shop.
• Payment is through kofi.Section 2 – Image Rights
